Also known as the Chinatown of KL, this is area is perfect for those who are looking to experience the authentic, raw side of Kuala Lumpur. At first glance the whole area seems dressed and geared up for mass tourism, but all you need to do is to step off the tourist trail a little to find the cultural gems. It is also a great place for souvenir shopping and to get some retail therapy.
